Picadillo Crepe by Crepe Catering Miami is a dish I really enjoy. I bring my Latin roots to this crepe. I use a mojito lime spice mix with garlic, smoked paprika and seasoned salt to cook the ground sirloin with diced sweet plantain inside. You have a fusion of salty and sweet flavor that is just incredibly delicious. Once you have your crepes ready, add shredded mozzarella to the crepe to melt. Add your cooked ground sirloin and diced sweet plantain mix to your crepe and top off with some fresh avocado and sliced tomato. Garnish with fresh basil or microgreens and you have a delicious fast gourmet latin crepe. We actually offer this crepe in our “classic package” for catering and it is very popular. I am Chef King and I look forward to making more recipes for you again.
